Portret współczesny Aleksandry Wodzyńskiej. Aleksandra Wodzyńska urodziła się 25 lutego 1916 roku w Radomiu, w wielodzietnej rodzinie. Skończyła szkołę podstawowa, a następnie trzyletnią szkołę handlową. Jeszcze przed wybuchem wojny podjęła pracę intendentki w żłobku przy zakładach przemysłu tytoniowego w Radomiu. Na tym stanowisku pracowała aż do emerytury.
W 1948 roku wzięła ślub. Jej mąż był kierownikiem odlewni. Nie mieli dzieci. Przez niemal całe życie mieszkała w Radomiu, od kilku lat przebywa w Brańszczyku.
