Tadeusz Daleczko, urodzony we Wrocławiu, absolwent XIV Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Polonii Belgijskiej oraz Politechniki Wrocławskiej ( kierunek informatyka). Po ukończeniu studiów pracował w Instytucie Komputerowych Systemów Automatyki i Pomiarów i Zakładach Elektronicznych ELWRO. W 1981r fotografowaniem dokumentował wiele faktów i wydarzeń dziejących się na Uniwersytecie Wrocławskim. Z tego okresu pochodzi najwięcej zdjęć.
